False Floor Stencil?

This thread may have been done before, if so, please lock/delete it and state where it is.

If not... then can somebody please tell me how i can get MDF cut to the shape of the boot floor of the corsa?

I heard something about cardboard stencil? If anyone could give detailed descriptions i would appreciate it.

Take boot carpet out, trace ;)

most cars that i've seen done are made by cardboard stencils
just get a big big of cardboard, put it in your boot and draw around it, cut it into shape etc.. until the cardboard fits in snug

put this on MDF and draw around it, chop up the MDF and whay the MDF fits :)

speak to coops as he has just done a similar thing mate
