Sounds like interference from the altenator, which side of the car are the power cable running down?

I must admit i have the same problem but my ICE is totally standard, i think its coming from my drivers side window switches as it stops when i put them windows down?

Sounds similar - http://www.corsa-c.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=67281&highlight=buzzing

if your sound is like a zooooming sound kinda and if it only happens when you accelerate, it is because your cables are to close to a power cable, if your wires aren't very insulated then you will have this problem

That is alternator whine and is to do with a badly earthed amp or poor big 3 support for a big amp.
