Falcon or Cobra [Archive]

I have to choose between two alarms.

The first is the Evo 3

I can get the Cobra alarm fitted professionally fitted at a cheaper price.

Whats better out of the two, what would you go for?

IMO i would go for the cobra as it helps with insurance i believe? CAT 1?

It does mate, can get the add on's too. Dont know what ones tro get though?

id go for the cobra out of those 2, but for that price, u could get a better alarm which is also thatcham cat1 eg viper 480xv.
ull need to pay some1 to fit it, which will be 100+

There is a Cobra alarm (Cat 1) that you can buy that is tuned into the frequency from your standard key fob so you dont need an extra one. Asuming you have remote central locking already? I paid £60 for the alarm and got it fitted for a further £120 and it will lower your isnurance if your insurer recognises Cat 1 certificates!
