View Full Version : Installed relay and second battrey Still not working ...

Well fitted the relay and the seconds battrey.

When the car is running both battrey's are at 14 volt's

but the light inside and out the car are still dimming with the second battrey and relay installed

If i turn the relay off then they dont dim as there is no line to the main battrey.

but with it on and charging it still dimming ...

i thort this would have sorted the problem

are relays polarised? maybe its connected the wrong way around? i have no idea :shrug:

Acc remote is your issue, wire it to ignition live, not your radio id say.

But then again it might work :\ Id say wire the relay to battery and earth, 2nd battery and ignition live.

i got new relay to day might be a fulty relay

let see what happen's
