just for some clarification:

the speaker wire goes from the amp (mines in the boot) down the side of the car to the black tube which is in between the front door shuts.

How does it go through this?

and the attaches to the crossover, i think woofers would be easy to wire up, but what about the tweeters? how do i get the wire down to the xover from the tweeter?

and what wires do i need to remove? (there is an adapter that was on the tweeter)

iv tried to upload photo on photobucket but isnt working!

please help!

for the tweeter you should be able to run them down out the bottom like the old ones then into the crossover

oo well

suppose il have to take off the door then, but nobody really mentions anything like that when they show comps.

How does it go through this? I decided to cut a slit in the tweeter cover and fed the wire through here. Other than that you have to drill/saw into your door as there is no room for the speaker wire to go through the black tube.

Im using a JBL 75.4 amp and the front components are getting 104rms each - I reckon they could handle abit more tbh. Sound really good mate - very impressed.

Just make sure you get a decent RCA cable to link the HU to the amp. As the first one I got was a cheap autoleads from halfords - the volume kept cutting out a low volume, then sparking into life at high volume lol

If you need any help drop us a PM, as ive literally just done my comps last month :)

 the one i bought was a tenner, but was the only one they had.

and when you mounted the crossover, did you wire it all up, place the xover into the foam and then attch the doorcard on?

Did you buy your RCA cable from halfords, and is it the one with the pinky coloured wire - if so take it back and find another one, there crap lol

For the crossover, I wired it up, cut a hole in the foam, placed it in the foam, and put a line of tape over it to secure it, then pushed the door card back on. Its a bit of a fiddly job, and you'll no doubt get some wires hanging out the bottom lol

It may just have been that mine was a faulty product, but the wire wasn't twisted, or double insulated. So any type of snag on the wire, and the sound would just cut out :@

Mate, don't know if this will help but i came up with the idea that a few people have used to amp their comps, check out the thread Here. (http://www.corsa-c.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=94750&page=3)

I did it about a month or so ago now and i havent had a single problem with it.:D

Drop me a PM if you need a hand wiring in the rest of speakers.
