Another dead simple photoshop technique to get rid of those orange indicators, and change them for silver.
Firstly open your image of the orange indicator you want to get rid of. I chose a nice close picture of a D's rear light:

Select the lasso/magic wand tool, and select around all of the orange, which needs to be turned to silver, like so:

Then you need to go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. [You can also use the shortcut of Ctrl + Shift + U].

Then there you go, you have a silver indicator.

Time to save, and show off!
