instead of chosing dates etc why dont we organise a large south meet to be held in say a few weeks time so everyone has a chance to plan ahead an make sure they have the day free!

hopefully the weather will be better so i think a great place would be the south downs as its easy for everyone to get to and has some nice scenery!

but if u have a better idea....spill ;)
