confused :( what bulbs??

hey
i want brighter dipped headlights and maybe headlights too, but dont want to spend loads on HID's what bulbs do i need to buy? i know there H7 xenon bulbs, but looking on ebay, the price varies so much i dont know which ones to get, and whether they will help or not, could someone help me out please?!

how good are these ultra bulbs?? because i cant really afford 80 quid on HIDs atm, after xmas i might be able to but it would seem a bit pointless as it wil start to get light again soon after... so might just get ultra bulbs if they are any good??

oh ok, well ive been on rimstyle and think i might get these, for dipped and main beam its H7 yer? going to upgrade both sets as the standard ones arnt very good imo
