Can I Fit Cruise Control To My Car?

Hi new memeber here.

I was wondering if anyone has fitted cruise control to their corsa and if so how did they do it. The type that are on the vectra estates on the end of the indicator stalk.
Do you need to reprogram the ecu? Is it an easy and cheap mod? Any help and/or advise will be much apreciated.
