The clock is now showing nothing (other than the time) after I changed headunit. Just checking, is this normal? Is there anyway of making it work with headunit?

no, its usually black, temperaturfe shud b ther still tho, ther is a way to make the date come back but u need to snip a wire or something.
saying this i was once in a zafira taxi qith the same mfd and the radio station name displayed on the mfd and the aftermarket radio

make the date display permenantly?
mine still displays when i press the button.
theres a red+white wire on the loom side of the ISO connector that you have to snip...... either that or buy a plug kit thats £35......

might do this, but knowing me i will prob end up cutting the wrong wire. :woops:
cut the grey/red wire at the ISO block or if you have a long blue wire going to either end of your headunit loom, cut this.

ok i think i will just cut that wire.
it is the grey/white & red one on the car side, attached to the blue block thingy. yeh?
