STAFF CHANGES

You may or may not have noticed the new colours and groups at the bottom of the main page that i updated over the weekend <--- an announcement has been made.

Sooo now we have the new groups in place it is/was time to promote and member of staff and recruit another.
Below is how it stands now:

Admin
Si
Noonster

Junior Admin
Ka$h <--- Promotion

Moderators
Diddon
AndyW <--- New recruit
Chewy

Both Ka$h and AndyW are on a 1 month trial bases to see how they perform in their new role etc...

Ka$h (Junior Admin) can only ban people and edit their profiles... other than that they are just a normal mod
- It just enables us to have a 3rd person (backup if you like) that can remove a avatar image or ban a user if trouble starts and Si and I are not around.

ALL staff Still report to me and si and NOT to the junior admin
- Junior Admin is above mods in powers only and not status on the boards
- Everyone will be treated fairly as always

Once the site grows more we will obviously need another junior admin and that job already has diddons name on it, which could be sooner than you think. ;)

I would also like to point out that in about a months time staff changes will be happening again
- We will be looking at either recruiting 1 or 2 new mods, as unfortunatly Chewy is really busy with other things and to our sadness will no longer be a mod (soon).

LASTLY
- We are hoping to soon have regional organisers... these will be chosen my club staff so you maybe asked if you would like the job etc... <--- We are looking a few months down the line now though.
