Radio unlock codes

Do i have to go to VX to get the code to unlock the radio or can i get them online?
My battery died the other day and now it needs recoding. :(

Take your V5 log book and proof of where you live just to prove its your car..

I thought this but when i looked it wasnt..

So i went to vx with my log book etc and a few hours later they called me back with the radio code. A few days later i received all my codes in the post!

You will have to pay for them...I did but cant remeber how much as it was over a year ago now

Take I.D, proof of ownership, the radion code (which you get from the side of the unit) and £20-30 ish I cant remeber the exact price. Takes bout 2days to come through

I think i paid about £11ish for all the codes...But the price would have gone up by now!!!

Yep, if I remember correctly, which i dont, it was £25. Don't quote me on that
