foglight tinting

if i tinted me gfs rear foglights on her c will they pass a mot? its goin in for a full respray and its got lexus ones on at the moment and wanna change them for when its all done. also wheres the best place to get the spray

it is illegal from what i have heard as the tints dont allow the reflectors inside the fogs to work which is a fail

mine didnt fail and mine are tinted and police have said they arent illegal
get them done at a bodyshop mate

paint them, and put reflectors on the bumper. job done, theres many threads on this

tis all u need to pass the mot, as long as the light still passes through at a good enough level
