Ok now the other day i saw a ford fiesta
and it had lights for the washers / its dipped lights / bottom fogs on and some in its grill

now i know your not allowed to drive around with fog lights on and no i do not do it for that reason... because its illegall and i know we cannot get washers and they are illegal anywya

but what i was thinkin is that .. is it possible to maybe put like loads of small Xenon lights on the front of the grill or wherever which wud basically be the dipped headlights??

just makes the car look different if u get what i mean ?:l its something different n something which aint rly been done before, but as i was lookin at that R8 lights as i had inthe above psot it made it come to mind..

as basically they have those types so wud it be legal if i had like maybe even them with those strips which was on that thread and little xenons in the gril?? like 4 small single ones or so ? or 4 on each row (its a pre facelift)

what do u say guys.. just gimie ur opinions whether u think its tacky rubbish or something different n u cudnt say til u saw it..

You want to use led's for your dipped headlights???
How would they put light on the road????
If you mean your sidelights then theres a possibility yes, but to clarify for me:
first click is sidelights, second click is dipped then indicator stalk forward is main.

right im going to keep my normal dipped headlights.. these r more for show than putting light on the ground but they will only like come on with the dipped headlights...

they wouldnt be bright enough to blind anyone so not really dangerous..

basically id have my normal dipped headlights but with these either putting them on another switch or wiring them up to my dipped headlights.. so they come on when i put my dipped headlights on

but basically they would be single xenon lights on the grill like 4 of them or so along it? spaced out??

do you get me? just make my car look a lil diff?

I'm all for LED's but i think the grill idea would look rare.

As in not the rare of not many, the rare of old skool when someone was a rare'en or a rare breed

they would be white so i dont think theres any problem with the colour as they will just be on the front of the vechicle

and steve do u mean rare ina good way? lol :P ye it would be the only one really ive not seen it rly done before ;l apart from that fiesta but that just had like window washers with its diped headlights n two grill ones

but it had blue grille ones which wud be illegal :P

that just made me think of the idea :) :D !

I think it could work, would defo have to spend a while playing with positioning.
Too many in the wrong place would look tacky, but anything can be pulled off with a bit of effort, go for it.

You can get screw ones, just use washers and bolts.

By washers i meant the little round metal things which you use to spaceout or wide'en the pressure zone of a bolt/screw.
The LED'S im thinking about are pretty much exactly what your after i think, heres a link.

u see they wud be great but i couldnt screw them anywhere?? n if i did they wud have to be facing upwards? so wud it be better to get the actual washer jet lights and then they wil lface the right way n i can screw down on them? what you reckon

hmmm i had another idea of instead of doin those small little lights i could put two strips on either side of that V? section ? ?

i decided the headlight one may just look cr..p as they rnt rly black backgrounds on them so itll look stupid n wnt be able to see it properly..

however if i did two of them in that v section it may look alright?

i made my own and have now smoothed in to look oem so :P you can go chav route but i went quality
