Removing Headunit

Ok, just brought a new HU, for my Car and im trying to remove the standard VX one which is the newer one i believe off a SXI 05, CD30, just wondering how the hell do you remove this, and then install my new one,

just go into halfords and ask for some doule din stereo removal keys, they will know what you want
