Bulb change

Rite ive bought the Complete Ultra Xenon Front Bulb Kit from rimstyle.com and was wondering why they dont seem very bright compared to my standard lights. Is there a right way around to fit the bulbs and a wrong way. Also ive tried to get my front bumper off to change the fog lights and i cant. This is really annoying. Ive got everything off but cannot undo the 2 ten mm bolts that hold the bumper on. They keep slackening and then tightening again. Any ideas on the above, please?

You dont need to take the bumper off? Look under your bumper, there's two covers, twist them off, squeeze the metal clip and your bulb will drop out. Even people with big heads like me should be able do it fairly quickly.

With the bulbs mate I had the same on my other car, bought laser blue bulbs, less visability except for a little patch on the road, bulbs that look brighter dont always light up the road better. Your best buying from a bigger seller like PIAA.
