ive got a brand new alpine type r system... 2 door speakers and 2 6x9s, in total they are 600 wats but 200 rms 50 per channel... but my amp i orderd gives 70 per channel! wud that be ok??

dont have the gain all the way up, set it to 50.

so isit betta to buy a smaller amp?? i was thinking while im payin soo much give the extra 30 and get the bigga amp..!!

just have the gain down as said before. if its too high youll damage the speakers. way i see it - always better to have extra power to play with and get the full out of your speakers ;)
