thermometer problems help please

hi i got a 03 corsa c and my thermometer jus says --.-c

n e idea why and how can i fix it?

You need a new air temp sensor. It's located behind lower grill at the front (driver side)

may just have come disconnected, check the loom its on the left hand side of the carjust under the headlamp behind the bumper, i doubt the sensor is knackerd as it usually give a false reading when it is, instead of going blank
