dont worry too much about the price.. yes i know there overpriced, however i can obtain them for alot cheaper. To me these dont look legal. im not too bothered about being pulled over by police for them looking illegal as long as i can argue the point that they are ok for road use.

yeah i saw that, its just that i heard e approved just means theyve been passed a test to be sold, and does not necessarily mean there road legal. i appreciate i would have a claim for false advertisement if i was ordered to remove them, however cant be doing with hassle

They would only be illegal if they emitted blue light in any shape or form.

i wanted the black ones, but there £180 compared to £130 for the blue ones, and figured they wudnt really look any different at night

wouldnt they shine blue light tho? and the black ones shine very little?

i doubt any difference would happen really. very blue glassed bulbs dont always emit blue light, just white.

Not bad price on the ^^ link but they will only really work with ultra blue, and i think it will look tacky/chavy

With car audio security they are often a very 'show orientated' company, they're probably selling them for show cars and not recommend them for driving if you went to the show room to ask, although they won't say that because they won't sell
