Autoleads Steering Controls dont work!!!???!!

As above, bought some adapters and connected them to my car, but they dont work, I followed all the instructions etc and tried numerous times, does any hhave the same problem?

Recently I chopped my wires so I could want the stereo to turn on without the key, I then got sick of this and tried changing it back but when I put red to yellow and yellow to red it wont turn on, I tried my mates wiring harness and that doesnt work, It's really pissing me off now!! ANy remedies?

yes got patch lead, cut wiring but it still works cos I put it back together, the stereo still works when the pc99 adapter is connected but no steering controls are working??!!?

the only reason they couldnt be working is because you cut them, something must not be going back right, it couldnt be the stalk or patch lead because they are idiot proof... i think youll just have to take time into making sure the wires are in the right place.
