got a little problem just wondered if it was anything to be bothered about.

when i get down to near the red lines on my fuel gauge it comes on as normal and then little further (hardly anything) it starts to flash, this is fine

but sometimes it shows i have got nothing in my tank and flashes when i know i have got about 1/4 of a tank and sometimes it reads 1/4, 1/2, 1/3 ect but also flashes.

im not to bothered about it not working right its just really anoying when it keeps flashing especially at night.

any ideas would be great :)

As soon as you go under the 2l threshold that makes it flash you need to put in a further 6 liters to make the light go off IIRC

I've done 50 odd miles with it flashing before

If it's flashing randomly I'd check the connection on the dash cluster or the pump sensor thingy ma-jingy << technical terminology

thanks for replys

i might go and get it checked out, and have a look at my battery because a few times it hasn't been starting first time lately could be summat to do with it

That's got nowt to do with the battery. If it's got enough power to turn the motor your battery is fine IMO
