Heater unit Help?!?!?!

Iv got one of azs conversion kits and im trying to fit it!il pulled the main bit off then il pulled the 3 heater knobs off.I cant see to get anything else off!!ive snapped like 2 little bits off lol dont think they where important tho!

Any1 give me some help to what to do?

aint got a camera to take one and phone stuff isnt here!
all ive done is taken the heater fascia off the pulled the 3 heater knobs off and pulled 3 metal clips off!i just dont know what to take off now and i cant just pull it cus it aint budging.
the picture in the tutorial doesnt load up so cant see what that shows :(
