Will this sub box be ok for this sub?

Volumeof the box: 1.375 Ft3

Also i want a port/vent on the side would any old port do cus ive got a spare one off a sub box an jus wandered if i could use it?

No, you can't just add a hole in the box anywhere. It needs to be scientifically calculated.

so all those sizes etc.. with the box sealed would be fine an wouldnt shatter the box to peices/or the sub?

No, just screw together every 1 screw 4 inches and use PVA Glue.

If you can, buy some polyester Resin and paint the Interior of the Cab.

Mdf is pouress, resin is like a coat of glass which will seal the box.

If not just make sure you seal th eedges with Pva Glue.

Use the rockford fosgate box wizard to get exact measurements

That would be fine sealed

Isn't the sealing the inside of a box thing a bit of a myth and makes no noticeable difference?

It stop air leaks and chuffs when the Woofer is fitted, Its better For ported as it smoothens the air flow!

Which does actually Help prevent Vent volocity (port noise)
