Hi all, been browing this forum for a while now and im about to ask one of the most basic questions about probably. Time has come to put my standard unit back in and when taking it lets say i was pretty forcefull with it and bent the s*** out of it. IS this needed to install the standard headunit again or do i need to bend it back into shape for the HU to fit again?
Replys greatly appreciated :)

If it's not actually broken, just bend it back best you can. Nobody will actually see it and it the HU doesn't move about, then all will be fine.

Yeh but i dont want it sliding out when i accelerate lol, if the cage is needed to hold it in there securly then its going back in lol

the cage is bolted in at the bach and the HU clips onto it, it will be fine
