A lot of them get blisteringly hot, sounds like the heat is near where the FETs will be - normal. Is it presenting a problem?

Is it a dodgy asian import or a good branded unit?

pioneer, but when i connected it i did nothing to the yellow and red wires, i got red 2 red and yellow 2 yellow, which seems 2 hold the memory, and it goes on with the ignition and off when you pull the key out couple times wont go off when you pull key out, but my old hu u could turn on without having a key in, u think swapping wires over would do anything?
