from my own experience.....
1.tint spray is crap, you need black paint and lacquer
2.spraying them yourself will make it so dark that the light wont shine through (tested on some1 elses car using the red lights). you should really get it done pro using a mix of black and lacquer.
3. the way lexus lights are made, the actual bulb is covered by 2 pieces of plastic (the red cap, then the outside plastic) whereas the standard red or black corsa lights only cover the bulb by one piece of plastic, which u spray. basically the plastic u spray on the lexus lights disperses the light unevenly.
if u really spray ur lights, get a pro in a bodyshop to do it. and i would get the red ones sprayed instead of the lexus ones. u could then get the lexus ones sold on ebay.

black paint and lacquer! works perfectly!
Takes a lot of practise, time, patience and skill to get good at spraying anything. If this is ur first spray job on ur car, then u may wanna hang back, get acquainted with the technique etc on practise surfaces and then when your a lill more confident attempt your lights. Can often be an expensive fcuk up with exterior spraying if you go wrong!! Good luck
