Indicators permanently on!

Can someone please help me on my girlfriends 05 Corsa? She orignally had a problem where the passenger side indicator did not work and the drivers side worked ok. Having done a bit of research and checks on the car I was certain it was the relay next to the battery. I replaced that, the passenger side now works ok and the drivers side is PERMANENTLY ON! Even if you switch off the ignition and take the key out. I decided to try another replacement relay thinking that new one I brought was faulty, and the problem is still there. Any ideas?
