i had this problem the other day, i bought the keys of the internet thinking thats all i need, but then i saw that it needed a allen key, so i went to wilko and then that sorted the problem, only 99p for a bunch
!remember to turn left though when you get the allan keys, and i was stupid and was twisting the wrong way!

had this problem with mine, what you have to do is knock them really hard in, it clikcs the first time and you think thats it and pull it out and it doesnt budge but i had to knck it cuple more times in andn it clickd again and then it just smoothly came out. get them as far in as you can.

first i had to egt the allen keys in, unscrew the screws, then out the remove keys in, push them right in, so they could not go any more, then click bend them in a bit, and pull
