Just snatched a bargain, angel eye projectors in black £50.00! Only conern, says they're for LHD. Are the fittings still going to be the same. Mine's 02 RHD, his car was 52 LHD. Anything else I need to know?

well, I don't know about projectors, but there is an angled plate which angles to the left to stop dazzling other drivers. Can this be adjusted, or does it not exist on projectors?

ps - no need to laugh :nono: as I can always keep the old ones.....

"I do know that BMW vehicles do have the option of changing the beem by twisting the rear of the lamp slightly.

I would have a look on the rear of the lamp to see if it is a similar idea, to do it on BMW you have 2 or 3 small screws in elongated slots on the rear of the "projector" unit of the lamp, you loosen these screws and move the lamp a few milimeters to move the beam.

What I will do is speak to a specialist of mine in the morning and see if he can confirm this though"

Found this on another site. I know VW have an adjustment switch, (flicked down for UK, up for EU)

I just would like to know if anyone has projector angel eyes and if it is a similar system, or a complete sealed unit.

to the best of my knowledge ive never seen an adjuster on the angels ive fitted.

also i get the feeling it wouldnt have LHD if you could change the direction

Ok, so light are fitted...and look brilliant!
I have tried them at night, and while the MOT testing station said they were a failure, no-one flashed me (v busy road too!)
The only way I can see of adjusting the lights is by baking the whole unit, taking off the main lense and re positioning the main beam holder, but if I keep the originals (for MOT's), and its not affecting people badly...should I be ok?
