Alarm goes off when i start car?

Sometimes... maybe like 2/3 times a week... my cars standard alarm will go off when i start the car?

Its weird and annoying, pat my shants (lol) every time it happens!

Any ideas why?

Yes that happens to mine too when i open the door and close it there is a mini alarm signal that appears when i do not open it with remote and also when i start the engine the alarm sounds, do not know why? think it is the immobilisers as it turns of automatically after a few secs or when i turn of the engine!

i dont get the door bit... mines doesnt do that?

Its just when i turn the key :( Very seldom does it tho... been looking for a connection to anything... like leaving my HU face on, off, etc... nothing seems to effect it :(
