i have fond these 2 amps i am building a buget ice system and i will be running iver 2x10 or 2x12 subs

Dont get either. Toxic are Sh*t.

Go with a JBL amp instead, such as the 75.4, use it to amp one sub, then the other 2 channels to power a set of components. Will sound miles better

thanks for the advices i have dessided not to get any of them amps but and save alot more and get alot better, when i have saved £400 + i will be giving you a PM t ohelp spend it
