Where to attatch footwell neons

I've wired up the neons and they are working fine but I can't see where to cable tie them. I can see 3 sort of holes under there but I can't see any metal bar that people have used on here. If anyone can help me out id appreciate it because at the moment Ive stuck them up with double sided tape and they keep falling down,

Passenger side: Remove glovebox (4 torx screws) and wrap around the heater pipes, you'll see them as soon as the glovebox is out

Driver side: Shove your head up where the pedals are and you'll spot the metal bar or again the heater pipes.
