Ok this may sound rather stupid... but if you have a headunit which is ipod compatible where can you put the lead that connects to the ipod?? im thinking maybe the glovebox or the little shelf built into the fascia adaptor! If so how can you get the lead there??? thnx

In the centre console tunnel, at the front above the cig lighter where the ashtray is.

I had mine so itcame down the back and rested in the bit neare the ciggy lighter bit, that wat it was easily accesible. You dont wanna be driving along and going through ur glovebox just to change tracks thats silly.

Its not silly considering if u have an ipod compatible headunit there is no need to actually touch your ipod as you have full control from the headunit!!

Well you drill a small hole in the glove box, poke the wire through and attach it to the head unit.
Open glove box, plug in ipod, shut glove box and control from the stereo.

Me 2, i think i fitted myn the stupid way though cus most of my arm came out bleeding from being scratched trying to pull the bloody cable through...lol.there is a nice little gap thats just big enough to get the lead through though so its a good idea doing it this way.
