For some reason (since installing my Alpine head unit ages ago...) my FM signal is really weak. Tried lots of different stations and get the same thing.
I heard that apparantly i need to install a 'signal booster' or something? Not quite sure.
Can anyone shed any light on this please? I'd like to have the option of the radio when i get sick of the cd
Cheers

Yes a signal booster is what you need. I have a spare1 at home u can have for a couple of quid. Are you coming to PVS? If so I'll give it u then

couple of quid will do. all you have to do to install it is plug the aerial lead in 1 end, plug the other end of it into the back of the head unit and plug the lead that comes out of it into the remote wire

Do you have a small Aerial ie Beesting?
I am sure someone said that when they changed there Aerial the signal was much better!

If the signal booster is easy to install I'll give that a go.
You can still hear the radio stations but it's very feint and there's lots of white noise.

My radio reception is p!sspoor around London, that's just with the original aerial. With the alloy one it was even more shoot.
I thought Corsa's were supposed to have signal boosters for the aerial built in?
