It was my first time at PVS and I thought it really good. Dont take this the wrong way but it would of been nice if you organisers came and talked/introduced yourselfs to us as we came in. Apart from that it was excellent!!! Thanks for sorting the tickets etc, look forward to next year!

Jonboy, I hear what you say, but as there are less staff than members, it would be a lot easier (saying as you obviously know who we are) for you's guys to introduce yourselves to us. I did try to meet and chat with as many as possible, just there is only a limited amount of time to do so. If we missed anyone, sorry, but try and make yourselves known next time ;)

Finally just logged on after PVS. What an amayzing weekend! Nice to see you guys from the North again, its always a pleasure! Got a bit wasted on Saturday night, lost count of the amount of ropes and tents i tripped over :lol: I drunk a whole bottle of Vodka! Not good at all. Si is so funny when hes drunk, i swear he was trying to make me even larger he kept begging me to eat loadsa food and to get plenty of drink lol! Gr44 has ur voice recovered from ur russian accent, oh and your dad said that he was a hairdresser lol! I do like playing in my car, hence dvd player and lotsa flashy lights and head unit that talks when you press buttons, also what else did Ka$h tell you lol ? Matt, i saw ur bum and ur fly was undone at one one point too! James im sorry if i kept you awake cos i was speaking to you all night and then there were some random people fighting at about 5 o'clock in the morning. Mercuryblade thanks for coming on that ride with me , it made me well dizzy and also the journey home cos i followed you. Taylor, we could have sold that phone for £100 and kept the £ to spend on a few bits for our cars, but don't u feel good about being honest.. what a nice guy u r! Thanks to Alan who left me prawn crackers in my car to eat on the way back and to his mate lee who kept popping into my car at random intervals whilst me n Vortex were watching his friends dvd so thank for the entertainment! Well this was my first Vauxhall show and I was a little disappointed, but only a little.

I didn't camp, I arrived early on Sunday and struggled to find the stand area as Speedy will tell you.

I thought there would be more trade stands and I have been used to shows that have a show and shine section where cars win awards for different things etc.

I found it uncomfortable walking round club stands looking at the cars, always felt someone was watching me. With a show and shine, the cars are there to be looked at, with a club stand I always felt like someone was looking at me thinking 'what does he want!'

I was also put off a little bit when I tried to speak to another Corsa C UK club member, I tried to introduce myself and have a chat but felt about as welcome as a wet fart. Not sure if I came along at a bad time or whatever, but thats just how I felt.

No offence meant and I might be completely wrong, but thats just my feelings.

All in all it was ok

lol, yeah i know what you mean jonboy. when i got there on saturday i didnt know anyone except a couple of people i met an hour before hand on the convoy meet, i didnt know who the admins were or who was even part of CCUK when I got there, but i spoke to a few people and started to get peoples names and that.

You just need to chat with others, so many people there people don't realize whos just come in etc or who you are/ if your part of CCUK unless you tell them.

1 got there and finally started chatting to everyone and getting drunk with the cc lot thanks to andy w

2 after loads of drink me and mi bro were wasted and makin a load of people laugh

3 went around the camp site drinking with every one and this bird someone brought with them from the site

4 stayed up all night drinking with these kids from liverpool till 6 in the morning and then got up at half 7 with the worst hangover i have ever had

very pleased that i went though so we could meet u all :) :lol:

trade stands could have been better spaced out though...

only thing that got me was the whole thing about club cars..i think it would have been better if the organisers had a panel of judges to decide on this as i think we sold ourselves short a little not that im having a dig at corsababe.cos shes pretty cool.

if i was to pick it would have been martin c due to the amount of work in his car and the fact that his is truly different from all the other corsa cs that were on show..

shame it wasnt neare scotland cos the 10 hours it took to get home just wasny funny at all...lol
