hey just a quick question!
i bought an Alpine PXA-H510 from another member of this forum. it's arrived all perfect and lovely and as described but i'm not sure on the wiring!
obviously i know how to connect the RCA's etc but from the plug in the processor there are four wires, a yellow one, a black one and two blue ones with white stripes down them!
i'm assuming that they are:
Yellow- 12v constant supply
Black- Earth
and the two blue wires are remote in and out so that i can put the processor in series of the remote line!
am i right? anyone know???
oh also, i've been reading the owner's manual and it says that when i'm setting it up i should set the volume of the HU against the processor and then never adjust the HU volume again but only change it on the processor interface.
but surely the HU will reset it's volume when it's switched off and on again?
and i want to be able to change it on the HU.
anybody know what i should do?
