Angel Eye Help Needed!

ok, so the driver side angel is really bright compared to the passenger side. Its only noticeable when you crouch down and look at them, but was driving behind my mates whos a mechanic, and told me either the setting is wrong or theres too much power getting to it. He said if its left the way it is, it could blow the fuse and all my electrics could get nackered. Also said cops would pull me for it, as it glares people when I hit bumps.

Any of you had a problem with this? And any ideas how to fix it? Angels are only a week old, so i have time to exchange with seller if needed :|

it will just be the alignment mate i reckon, it can b altered easily i think, is it the main light thats shining too much or the angel ring u mean. if its the actual beam then its alignment u need
