Much good anyone? Says something about diluting it? That mean mixing with water or can I just use it out the bottle?

Can use it straight out of the bottle, but if your wheels arnt that dirty then you could use it dilluted.
The product can be dilluted 4:1 which means one bottle will be enough for 1 litre of alloy wheel cleaner. Use it more concentrated for heavier deposits, the choice is yours.
As in squirt some of that in a bowl or something and mix with water?

Nah more like tip some into another spray bottle and add some water.
Ah I see. Thats why they recommend another bottle
4:1 means 4 parts water or 4 parts that liquid?
Just spray on the wheel and use what?

Megs Wheel Brightener is good for wheels caked in brake dust but I wouldn't use it every wash as it's acidic. If you keep on top of them and clean the inner rim every week you can just use normal shampoo.
I've got the Chemical Guys one and it's really good, then follow that with the Wheel Guard that Chris recommended
