Wireing

Hi, im going to have a crack at installing the wireing for my soundsystem myself, its my first ive ever done and i dont really know too much about it so i thort id ask for advice on here first. i have 2 amps a sub and door speakers. i was wondering where i run the wires threw the car? ive been told to split it into 3 routes, power down the passenger side, some down the center and some down the driver side. is this correct? how do i take the plastic sill bits out to get the wires in?.

i also have a distrobution block, im presuming this is to split the channel to my door speakers, where abouts do i fix this?

yeh i did a search n was readin the posts all mornin, i was just wondering about the sills because i didnt read anything about how to take them off.

They pop off apart from the screw under the seat belt by the mats.
