as these are crap quality the sealing on the back is pants, and its not going to be long before they start letting water in....

does any1 have any ideas on how i can get round this as with me washing the engine theres water going to get in there!

im thinking of getting the indicators in place the putting butile round it so no water gets in there (butile is like blue tack only stickier)

the dipped beam i think is ok

the main 1 i have a problem with is the big rubber crappy cap... how can i get this to not let anything in!

also do i definately need to have H1 bulbs in there to get HIDs in them?

i was also hearing that if i disconnect the led at the top the angel rings get brighter??? this a lie? lol


im expecting some posts in here.... lets just forget im scottish and give me some sensible answers to my thread!

get some clear silicon, like what u but around ur bath and sink and it will seal them so no water gets in, and its also easy to peel off when u need to open them up. trust me :)

also i doubt disconnecting the led will make the rings brighter as the led will take very little power, it may just make the appear to be brighter as ther will be less light flooding over the rings if u get me.

riiight!!! might be a plan, im paranoid just now.... if i can get them sealed and get the HID's in there they may no longer be for sale, lol

another question, is it easy enought to disconnect the led at the top when the lights are in the car? or will i need to take them out?

u can get some H1 hids fror 40 quid on ebay anyway

just get some plyers in ther and give it a snip :P (the black wire coming out of the led, should be hanging down the back somewhere easily accessible)
