View Full Version : Looking for a headunit...
Wanting to spend £200-250 on one, was looking at this as i love how it looks but was disappointed it had no CD thingy!
Although if it works with a USB stick/Ipod it may save me getting disks to burn etc.
Thoughts?

Mine has no CD and runs off just USB or Ipod and tbh I don't miss cd's one bit. I used to have loads of cd's in the car which were constantly getting scratched and I was forever changing them to listen to different music.
not sure what the roads are like in your area but round my way they are crap, my last sony HU used to jump all the time with CD's. I get none of that anymore. So I wouldn't let not having a CD function on there put you off, and if you really missed using cd's you could get a multichanger to add on?
there also the pioneer P7000

The one i was looking at was - http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/5777.html
Im the same, im always swapping discs and all my discs are copied anyway so i could just stick them on a USB stick... assuming they work with that one?
