tyre shine

what do you guys find best to apply it with???

i normally apply it with like a jay cloth kinda thing, but find that it never really goes on nicely, can't get even coverage etc :\

i bought some turtlewax spray other day, well good! out of a can never really did much
but this gloss spray stuff out of a squeezy bottle :love:

oh yeah never thought about using a cloth, thats why my wheels aways get sticky and black lol

if it's a gel type you need a dedicated applicator, like the ones found here http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wheels-and-tyres/cat_7.html

I just spray them with "wet and black" :look: no need for application cloth.

yeh cut a peice of sponge to the thickness of your tyre wall then it will go on even

but then it will probably overspray onto the tread of the tyre which will make you lose grip while driving, or onto the alloy itself which will then attract dirt to the alloy more

I use a small paint brush, probably use too much tyre shine that way though.

amorall stuff comes with an aplicator, lasts for weeks too

I use a paintbrush on the cars at work and a spray on my car, tbh i don't think it makes much difference how yo do it!

i use sponge!

its the best....... i nearly fell foul of halfrauds applicator pad, but it is just a fancy sponge! :)
