Protection For Wheels

Ok so I got some new alloys today (ones in avatar) just wondered whether there was anything I could put on them to keep them protected? Like a kinda wax?

What will this do for them though?

Best way to describe them is a "super sealant and wax". It's an extreme tough sealant that will repell road dirt, road salt and general dirt that protects them and makes them easier to clean.
