vent fan staying on with ignition off

04 1.4 exclusiv electronic climate control vent fan stays on when key is taken out of ignition only when air con is on low. this does not happen when temp is set at 16 degrees C one above low/air con. The only way to stop vent fan is take out fuse 45 vent fan 30A. but it goes again when you put fuse back, or go for a drive and turn off air con on ECC and reset to 16 degrees. Can anybody help to sort this out. thanks Vinny

hi mate had the same problem with mine
had it in the garage and they changed the motor for the vents.
everything o.k now.
got it done under warrnty so dont know cost

Hi change the vent fan motor but still have probelm of fan staying on when key is removed and when turn off with fan control speed dial.could it be fan resistor? Anybody got any idea what the problem is.
