Problems with the hids! help!

right i have the 8k hids from hid-direct, got them fitted but im having problems

first when im driving around the passenger side flickers every now and then.
i know they can do when you first turn them on, but this is randomly

second one of the hids will stop working completely, then a while after will start working again

and last, they dont work all together!

how can i get round this, anone else had this problem

also the passenger one is brighter than the drivers side one, any way around that?

Have you fitted the harness? Usually solves a lot of problems. My kit from hids-direct have been fine without it all though the passengers side isnt quite as bright as the drivers.

havent got a harness,some people say they are worth it some say the dont do anything so im not sure atm

if you turn them on sometimes only one of them comes on ?
and if you turn them of and on a couple of times they both come on?

mine did that. it was due to my dieing battery ..

1 of mine was cutting out the other day after being on for a long time. Would leave them off for a while, turn them back on and they'd be fine again until it cut out. Squeezed all the wires togther, made sure it was all connected ok and touch wood (touches wood) they've been fine ever since :shrug:
