Does this have an AUX output at the back for amp?

Also just reading that sticky thread about letting you use the standard HU to hook a sub and amp, how do you o this, the sticky didnt explain much.

I wouldn't have thought you would have an AUX output on a standard headunit. You'll need an ISO loom for a couple of quid (just so you don't have to cut the cars wiring harness) run the power, illumination, earth, aerial amp as normal but cut the speaker wires and send the signal to an amp with high level inputs or to a hi/low level converter then from these to an amp.

None of the vx hu's have preout's theres 2-3 ways of doing it....................

1.Buy a line level adapter the likes of the autoleads PC1-601 what's £6.99 from halfrauds or motorworld

2.Buy an amp with high level inputs (if you have an amp read the manual)if it has you just need to wire it up.

3.Get an aftermarket hu.

nope iirc only some of the later cd30 MP3's in the vectra have aux in
