toad alarm problem

the alarm was working fine when i set it, it shirps and when i disarm it shirps. but when the alarm is set and i open the door the lights flash but no siren have i turned this off or what any help please. is there away to reset the alarm

one of the buttons on the fob turns it onto silent mode. not sure which one or it could be 2 together.

I have a toad alarm on my honda but ive not set the alarm for about 2 years so cannot remember which button does what.

haha ok thanx mate does any 1 no what buttons do this, my fob has 4 buttons on it, 1 big green 1 big black, 1 little green, 1 little black. cant find anythink about this. does toad have a website as i cant find 1
