Can someone help me with my laptop

Hi,

i bought a laptop recently and when i go on autotraders website, open a car link and click the pictures, i get a pop from windows saying not responding. I don't know why it's doing it. Any help please

can you take a screen shot,

My first instinct is to lower your internet security profile.

Tools > Options > Security Tab > Turn the slider down to Medium.
