I do not know if other models came with the 'speed-sensitive' power steering rack but I was wondering what symptoms people have experienced when they have knackered. I am experiencing a constant 'bad feel' through the steering wheel and sometimes a sensation that the wheels are not completely under control via the wheel. Vauxhall have offered to replace the rack but am concerned that something else may be causing this. Any help is appreciated.

This has only manifested in the last month. Anyway, with regard to wheels, I suggest you wait until Cobra gets back to you.

Mine works fine, gets lighter when parking and more feedback at higher speeds...

if yours is any different maybe you should have it checked
