basically, im wanting my own website but i aint a clue how to get started.

im wanting a forum in it aswell

i know i need a domain so i can do the whole www.whatevermysitescalled.com but aint got dreamweaver anymore so i cant design it and i dont know how to upload to internet anyways.

would anyone be offering to help?? obviously id give you some cash monies for helping.
